Welcome back artists and art lovers of Middle TN… In the midst of unrest and chaos in the news, I hope this month's blog finds you well and offers a moment of rest.

Bravo Boro is back! After taking a brief breath of fresh air in June, Bravo is hands on the wheel and ready for their upcoming auditions of “12 Angry Jurors”, based on the Emmy award-winning television movie by Reginald Rose, and adapted by Sherman L. Sergel!. Auditions will be held July 11th and 12th  7-9pm at Carpe Arista, 1334 Hazelwood Dr, Smyrna, TN 37167. bravoboro.com

Center for the Arts excitedly wraps up finishing touches on their upcoming production of “Avenue-Q,” an adult comedy show that entices audiences with its cleverly written anecdotes and thoughtful use of puppetry! Avenue-Q will be running July 8th-24th at CFTA. Also coming to CFTA are their upcoming auditions for “Hamlet”, July 10th and 11th. Pin down your audition spot on their website: boroarts.org/hamlet

Murfreesboro Little Theatre has recently wrapped up their production of “Always a Bridesmaid”, directed by Emma Hawkins. Besides this, be sure to go check out their upcoming opportunities within the theatre, as well as the amazing organizations they partner with, such as The Penguin Project, whose focus is empowering children with special needs through theatre! mltarts.com

Ghost Light Studio is excited to announce their recent LLC title! After wrapping up their Mini’s summer camp, powered by Carpe Academy, we wait in anticipation for their upcoming fundraising event “A Night at the Theatre''.
