This May 2024, the Rutherford Arts Alliance will present A Light Exists in Spring: An Interpretive Exhibition featuring visual and literary artwork from Alliance members. The exhibit will run May 10-27 at the Center for the Arts gallery, with an artists reception/RAA community meeting on Friday evening, May 10.
This call is open to all current and new members of RAA.
Showcase Your Art!
* This exhibit is open to all 2D and 3D media, including poetry and prose.
* No more than one submission of three visual or literary artworks will be considered. Mixed submissions of visual and literary are encouraged but not required.

The exposition will be exhibited in Murfreesboro's Center for the Arts gallery at 110 W College St., Murfreesboro, TN 37130.

Key Dates to Remember
1. Exhibition: May 10 –27, 2024.
2. Submission Deadline: Tuesday, April 30 at 11:59 p.m.
3. Selection Notice: Saturday, May 4, You'll receive an email acceptance letter noting your artwork(s) selected for presentation.
4. Dropoff of Artwork: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Wednesday, May 6 - 8 at CFTA.
5. Installation: Thursday and Friday, May 9 and 10. (If you can assist with the installation, please let us know.
6. Artists Reception: 6 p.m., Friday, May 10 (coincides with the CFTA opening of Rock of Ages)
7. Artist Panel: Saturday, May 25, from 3 to 6 p.m.
8. Uninstall: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, May 28 – 31
