Ron Alley is the CEO and Founder of Carpe Artista, a Smyrna-based non-profit that promotes positive culture by developing arts communities and creatives. Prior to the organization’s launch, Ron spent 16 plus years as the Director of Worship Arts for Lifepoint Church. With a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from UT Chattanooga, and graduate studies in Music Education at Belmont University and Southwestern Seminary in Ft. Worth, Ron has more than 30 years experience in choral conducting with a focus on contemporary worship music. He has been a recording artist for Christian and secular markets and a vocal, guitar, and songwriting instructor for over 23 years. He and his wife, Jean, have lived in Middle Tennessee for over 30 years and have two adult children.
