Join us in June in north Rutherford County at the La Vergne Public Library to hear some of the latest arts and library news. La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole will talk about plans for promoting the arts in the city. Library Director Donna Bebout will share plans for the 2021 Summer Reading Program for ages birth to 99+, talk about "Take 'n Make" crafts projects, and showcase the recently completed history room that documents La Vergne and Rutherford County history from the 1700's forward.
We’ll be in meeting room 2 at the library. Free parking is available around the building. There’s no charge for this event, and non-members are welcome.
Please note: We originally had this event listed for later in the evening; 5:30 is the correct time.
