For our April meeting, join us immediately after the Sunday, April 10, production of Party of Twelve, an original play by Mary Donnet Johnson, to discuss the play with the playwright and others involved in the production.
IMPORTANT: The play itself is at Patterson Park’s Washington Theatre from 3:00-4:00 PM, and you must a purchase ticket, available https://leadingladiesrutherford.com/playandtickets.html
The discussion and meeting immediately follows the play, from approximately 4:00-5:00 PM, and no ticket is necessary.
If you’re not attending the play on Sunday, we recommend you arrive at 4:00 and wait in the Washington Theatre lobby until the play concludes. The discussion will immediately follow the play.
Following the discussion, there will be a brief time for other arts announcements.
Party of Twelve illuminates a diverse group of powerful women in Rutherford County history. Commissioned by the Rutherford Arts Alliance, the play’s premiere weekend is scheduled for April 8-10 at the Washington Theater in Patterson Park Community Center.
